医保视域下高校医院的转型与发展

College Hospitals' Transformation and Development from the Perspective of Medical Insurance

探讨高校医院的发展问题。通过分析大学生纳入医保、教职工参加医保后高校医院面临的困境,提出积极主动申请医保定点医院、加强与社会医疗机构的合作、拓展社区卫生服务功能,是高校医院转型与发展的重要路径。

To study issues reagarding the development of hospitals in universities and colleges.College hospitals have been confronted with difficulties and challenges since every college student and all faculty members joined the Medical Insurance Programme. After the thorough analysis of these problems, this paper proposes three strategic methods for college hospitals＇ further transformation and development： first apply to become one of designated medical institutions, then to strengthen cooperation with other social medical institutions, and finally to broaden medical services provided by community health centers.
