纵向延伸的横贯性脊髓炎是视神经脊髓炎常见表现,急性期可表现为脊髓肿胀明显。该文通过1例长节段脊髓病变表现为脊髓空洞症的视神经脊髓炎患者的观察,以期对该病的临床诊疗有所帮助。

Here, we describe a case of NMOSD presenting with syringomyelia before developing optic damage.
