上颌前牙翻瓣与不翻瓣即刻牙种植术对患者口腔内软硬组织的影响对比研究

Comparative study of effect of maxillary anterior flap and flapless immediate implant on soft and hard tissues within the patients

目的 探讨上颌前牙翻瓣与不翻瓣即刻牙种植术对患者口腔软硬组织的影响。方法 将2013年4月-2014年4月我院诊治的80例前牙或前磨牙修复患者（单牙）,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用上颌前牙翻瓣即刻牙种植手术治疗,实验组采用不翻瓣即刻牙种植术治疗,比较两组疗效。结果 两组患者术后12个月龈沟深度差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;实验组治疗后嵴顶吸收、手术时间及牙槽骨状况显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组治疗后PES评分高于对照组,VAS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;实验组术后并发症发生率为7.5%,显著低于对照组（17.5%）（P〈0.05）。结论 种植牙患者采用不翻瓣即刻牙种植术治疗效果理想,种植效果更佳,能够提高种植成活率,减轻患者疼痛,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate effect of the maxillary anterior flap and influence flapless immediate implant on hard and soft tissues of the patient＇s mouth.Methods From April 2013 to April 2014 in our hospital,80 cases of anterior or premolar restoration patients were analyzed,and divided into control and experimental group by using randomized controlled method,the control group with maxillary anterior teeth turn flap immediate dental surgery species,while experimental group received flapless immediate implant treatment,the efficiency of two groups were compared.Results The sulcus depth of two groups patients after 12 months was not significantly different（P〉0.05）;crest absorbed,surgery time and alveolar bone situation in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）;the PES score in experimental group after treatment was significantly higher,while the VAS score in experimental group was lower than control group（P〈0.05）;the postoperative complication rate of experimental group（7.5%） was significantly lower than the control group（17.5%）（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The dental implant patients with flapless immediate implant with the desired therapeutic effect,planting better able to improve planting survival rate,reduce pain,it should be widely applied.
