摘要
GTKO猪的成功培育解决了超急性排斥反应(hyperacute rejection,HAR)的问题,是异种器官移植领域的重大进展。但随后发生的延迟性异种移植排斥反应(delayed xenograft rejection,DXR)成为阻碍异种移植成功的障碍。DXR主要表现为凝血功能障碍,其主要的病理特征是移植物内异常的凝血、血栓形成以及消耗性凝血疾病。血小板活化和聚集在猪-非人灵长类异种器官移植的凝血功能失调及血栓性微血管病的发展中起关键作用。本文旨在探讨血小板在延迟性异种移植排斥反应中聚集的机制。
The successful cultivation of GTKO-pig has eliminated the problem of hyperacute rejection(HAR),which is a significant progress in the field of xenograft.However,delayed xenograft rejection(DXR)has become a barrier.The main manifestation of it is coagulation dysfunction,whose pathological features is abnormal coagulation,thrombosis and consumptive coagulopathy.Platelets activation and aggregation play an essential role in development of coagulation disorders and thrombotic microvascular disease between pigs to nonhuman primates xenotransplantation.The aim of this review is to explore the mechanisms of aggregation of platelets in delayed xenograft rejection.
