摘要
目的为及时掌握许昌市居民用户碘盐普及情况,动态评价人群碘营养状况,适时采取针对性防治措施和科学调整干预策略提供依据。方法 2014年4~11月根据《河南省碘缺乏病监测方案》中居民用户碘盐监测要求,进行盐碘检测。按照《河南省重点人群碘营养调查方案》要求,随机抽取孕妇、哺乳期妇女、新婚孕龄妇女、0~2岁婴幼儿和8~10岁儿童各200人进行尿碘监测。结果检测居民用户食用盐样1 800份,合格碘盐食用率为85.83%,碘盐合格率为87.09%,碘盐覆盖率为98.56%。检测尿碘996份,尿碘中位数为192.7μg/L。孕妇尿样185份,尿碘中位数为189.9μg/L;哺乳期妇女尿样202份,尿碘中位数为178.0μg/L;新婚育龄妇女尿样199份,尿碘中位数为158.0μg/L;0~2岁婴幼儿尿样207份,尿碘中位数为306.3μg/L;8~10岁儿童尿样203份,尿碘中位数为187.0μg/L。结论许昌市居民合格碘盐食用率偏低,不合格碘盐问题突出,但五类重点人群碘营养水平适宜,能满足其生理需要。
Objective To grasp the consumption of iodized salt among the local residents in Xuchang city timely,and evaluate the iodine nutrition status of the residents dynamically,so as to provide basis for taking targeted prevention measures in time and the adjustment of intervention strategies. Methods In November,2014 according to the requirements for household iodized salt monitoring in Monitoring program for iodine deficiency disorders in Henan province,iodized salt monitoring was conducted.And according to the requirements of Program for survey on iodine nutrition in the key population of Henan province,the detection was canducted on urinary iodine in the key population.By the random sampling method,each 200 of pregnant women,lactating women,newly married women of childbearing age,infants aged 0-2years,and children aged 8-10 years were selected for urinary iodine monitoring. Results A total of 1 800 salt samples were detected and the edible rate of qualified iodized salt was 85.83%,the qualified rate of iodized salt was 87.09%,the coverage rate of iodized salt was 98.56%.996 urine iodine samples were detected and the median of urine iodine was 192.7μg/L.185 urine samples of pregnant women,202 urine samples of lactating women,199 urine samples of newly married women of childbearing age,207 urine samples of infants aged 0-2years,and 203 urine samples of young children aged 8-10 years were detected,and the median of urine iodine was 189.9μg/L,178.0μg/L,158.0μg/L,306.3μg/L,and 187.0μg/L respectively. Conclusion For the residents in Xuchang city,the edible rate of qualified iodized salt is low,and the rate of unqualified iodized salt is relatively high.But the iodine nutrition level of the five key groups in Xuchang city is appropriate,which can meet their physiological needs.
