摘要 目的了解山东省疾病预防控制机构人力资源现况,为制定人才队伍建设政策提供科学依据。方法应用调查表,对山东省省、市、县三级疾病预防控制机构2014年人力资源现况包括1编制、数量、年龄、学历、职称等进行普查。结果全省三级疾控机构现有人员数量均未超编,专业技术人员所占比例省市县三级分别为89.38%、87.81%、87.18%;全省疾控机构人员年龄构成以30~39岁、40~49岁2个年龄段为主;学历构成以本科为主;职称以中级为主,高级、中级、初级、无职称人员比例为1.2∶3.6∶2.7∶2.5。结论山东省疾控机构人员数量不足,专业技术人员比例符合国家标准,学历结构较为合理,年龄结构相对合理,职称构成有待优化,能力建设有待加强。 Objective To understand the conditions of human resources in disease control and prevention institutions in Shandong province,so as to provide scientific basis for construction of human resources. Methods A questionnaire census survey was conducted on the status of human resource,including size of personnel forces,number,age,academic degree and professional title,at provincial,municipal and county CDC organizations in 2014. Results The size o f personnel force was under the size of arrangement personnel.The ratio of health specialty personnel at provincial,city and county level was 89.38%,87.81%,and 87.18%.Constitution of all provincial CDC staff age was mainly 30-39 and 40-49 years.The composition of qualifications was mainly undergraduate.The middle professional title ranked the first,and the ratio between senior title,middle title,junior title,non title personnel was1.2:3.6:2.7:2.5. Conclusion The number of personnel of CDC in Shandong province is insufficient,with a reasonable proportion of professionals,the educational structure is reasonable and the age structure is relatively reasonable,but the professional title structure needs to be optimized and the capacity-building needs to be strengthened.
