摘要
文中设计了一种基于AD7760的高速数据采集系统,利用AD7760解决了在故障诊断领域如何快速精确采集高频小信号的问题,并对该系统的硬件组成和电路设计的技术问题进行了阐述,给出了系统的软件流程图、关键部分程序代码和软件设计中的要点。将基于AD7760的高速数据采集系统应用在滚动轴承故障实验平台中,能够高速并且精准地对高频小信号进行采集,特别适用于微小信号处理等故障诊断领域。
A high speed data acquisition system based on AD7760 was designed in the paper. AD7760 was used to quickly and accurately solve the problems of acquiring high-frequency small signal in the fault diagnosis field. The technical problems of hardware components and circuit design were introduced,and the software flow chat,the program codes and the main points of the software design were presented. The system was used in the experimental platform for rolling bearing fault,and it can quickly and accurately acquire high frequency small signal and can be especially suitable for the field of fault diagnosis of small signal processing.
