摘要 针对传统混凝土工作性测试方法在测量精度、信息存储、人机操作等方面存在的不足,设计了一种基于Modbus协议的新型智能混凝土工作性测控仪。运用流变学理论设计了十字型搅拌轴,利用单片机控制系统和多套独立小型电机实现了自动连续测试,通过Modbus协议实现了单片机和监控软件之间的通讯。实验结果表明:测控仪工作稳定可靠、测量精度高、人机交互性好,能够有效测试混凝土的工作性参数。 In order to overcome the shortage of traditional method on testing concrete workability in measurement accuracy,information storage,human machine operation and so on,a novel measure and controller of concrete workability based on Modbus was proposed. The paper applied rheological theory to design a cross-shaped mixer shaft,used single chip microcomputer control system and multiple independent sets of small motors for automated continuous testing,and achieved communication between single chip microcomputer and monitoring software. The experimental results show that this instrument is stable and reliable,which processes high measurement accuracy and friendly human-machine interface and it can achieve parameters of concrete workability effectively.
