摘要
为实现高精度、高速度的生物芯片制备,研发了一种新型滚筒式点样仪,着重描述了点样仪的机械结构设计、硬件系统以及软件系统的设计。以基于ARM9嵌入式微处理器带有触摸屏的控制器为控制核心,实现了点样仪的高精度双闭环控制。利用频闪观测系统和压电式微喷法使点样仪进行精确的微量喷射。采用C语言编写ARM9底层程序,研发了点样仪的软件系统,从而实现了全自动点样。最后通过微喷实验对不同驱动参数下的样点直径进行了测试,测试结果表明:微喷射稳定性好,样点平均直径较小,满足控制要求。
To realize high accuracy and high Speed preparation of the biochip,a new roller microarrayer was researched and developed,focusing on the mechanical structure design,hardware system and software system design. The controller based on ARM9 embedded microprocessor with a touch screen was the control core,achieved a high accuracy double-loop control of the microarrayer. Strobe system and piezoelectric micro-jet method were used to make the microarrayer do precise micro-injection.Using C language writed ARM9 underlying program to develop software system of the microarrayer,then automatic spotting was realized. Finally,the sample spot diameters under different driving parameters were tested through micro-injection experiments.The test results show that the stability of micro-injection is well,and the sample spot average diameter is small,which both meet the control requirements.
