摘要 为实现煤矿空压机远程监测和集中控制,基于Lab VIEW开发平台,通过OPC技术使下位机PLC S7-300与实时工作站建立联系,实现现场数据采集、处理、显示和设备监控,再通过GPRS DTU无线通信模块将数据实时传输到总站服务器进行监测界面还原,实现远程在线监控和故障诊断。结果表明:该系统实现了以数据传输代替人员移动,改变了技术人员现场服务的工作形态,程序界面直观地显示了空压机系统运行状态,对于提升企业的设备管理及监控取得了较好的效果。 To achieve remote monitoring and centralized control of air compressor in coal mine,based on the Lab VIEW development platform,this paper established the real- time connection between PLC S7- 300 and through monitor workstation OPC technology,and achieved field data acquisition,processing,displaying and equipment monitoring; Through GPRS DTU wireless communication module,it transmitted real- time data to terminal server; Terminal server restored the monitoring interface and realized the remote on- line monitoring and fault diagnosis. The results show that the system realizes the data transmission in instead of technicians moving,and changes the work patterns of service; the monitoring interface shows the working condition of the air compressors system intuitively. This system has a good effect on improving enterprise equipment management and monitoring.
