低功耗高精度超声波热量表的设计与实现

摘要 本文设计了一款低功耗高精度的超声波热量表。热量表MCU选用低功耗MSP430系列芯片;时间测量芯片选用了高精度计时芯片TDC-GP22,配合超声波换能器测量水的流速,配合Pt1000测量入水口和出水口的水温;通信模块有红外通信和M_BUS两种通信方式。本文从原理、基表设计、硬件电路以及软件方面对设计进行了详细的阐述,最后通过测试结果说明了所设计的热表具有高的精确度,极低的功耗和良好的稳定性。 A low-power and high-precision ultrasonic heat meter was designed in this paper.Low-power MSP430 series IC was selected in heat meter MCU and heat meter MCU selected chip of time measurement and selected TDC-GP22 with high precision,which combined with ultrasonic transducer for measurement of water flow while with PtlOOO measured the inlet and oudet water temperature;Communication module had two kinds of communication modes,named infrared communication and M_BUS communication respectively.This article described the design of the circuit in detail from the principle,the basal meter,the hardware and software,and finally results from experiments show that the designed heat meters have very low power consumption,high accuracy and good stability.
