摘要
实时的浆液密度测量是灌浆工艺中不可缺少的环节,超声波测量技术也日益广泛地被用来精密检测浆液密度。在传播距离一定时,利用超声波在介质中传播时传播速度受介质密度影响的特性,提出一种通过测量超声波在介质中的传播时间来间接求得被测介质密度的方法,设计出能够实时、精确检测浆液密度的分布式密度测量仪。在灌浆输送管道中,浆液密度多分布不均匀,检测装置采用分布式测头,将多对测头均匀布置在装有被测介质的管道外壁,多通道的测量使得测量结果更加准确可靠。研究中采用的高速信号处理电路以及数字插补算法,确保了ns级的时间测量,使得超声波浆液密度测量仪实现分辨率优于0.01 kg/m^3的高精度密度测量。
The real-time measurement of slurry density is an indispensable part of the grouting process , and the ultrasonic technology has been widely used in the high-precision measuring of slurry density .The propagation speed of ultrasonic wave was af-fected by the density of medium when propagating .A high accurate detection method of density was proposed on the basis of this characteristic by measuring the propagation speed when the propagation distance is certain , to design a distributed densitometer which can realize the real-time and accurate measurement of the density of the slurry .Taking the uneven distribution of slurry den-sity into account , the measuring device used distributed probes , which will be evenly arranged in pipe wall filled with measured media, and multi-channel measuring makes the measurement results more precise and reliable .The high resolution and fast signal processing circuit and the digital interpolation algorithms , which are used to make the measurement of time reach to nanoseconds , ensuring the ultrasonic penetron realize high-precision density measurement with the resolution better than 0.01 kg/m^3 .
