摘要
针对国内航空发动机滑油在线监测技术落后的现状,对小尺度电容层析成像(ECT)传感器设计进行了研究。利用有限元分析软件Comsol和Matlab,对ECT传感器阵列电极的几何参数进行了优化,并通过静态和动态试验验证ECT应用于滑油在线监测的可行性。实验结果表明,该方法能够有效分辨物场中的不同介质,实时反映滑油介电常数的变化,利用小尺度ECT传感器可为在线滑油监测提供一种新型检测手段。
Aiming at the backward status of domestic online lubrication oil monitoring technology for aeroengine , the design of small scale electrical capacitance tomography (ECT) sensor was studied.Using finite element analysis software Comsol and Mat-lab, the geometrical parameters of sensor were optimized , thereafter, both static and dynamic experiments were carried out to test the feasibility of ECT applied to online oil monitoring .Experimental results show that the method can effectively distinguish objects of different medium , and reflect the permittivity changes of the lubrication oil in real time , thus small scale ECT sensor may pro-vide a novel detection method for on-line oil monitoring .
