摘要
研制了一种基于STM32的便携高精度色度检测仪器。使用STM32F107芯片为主控制芯片,采集模块使用TCS3200D型传感器,不需添加A/D采集模块,并且在测量步骤中加入了闭环反馈控制。提高了系统识别的分辨率,简化了硬件电路,并且在算法上能减小测量误差。硬件系统上添加了LCD显示模块,人机交互更加方便,添加的USB功能方便数据的上传。软件架构基于μC/OS-II操作系统,使得系统更加安全可靠。测试表明仪器能够稳定运行,为工业现场的色度检测提供了一种便携式的高分辨率解决方案。
A design of high-precision STM32-based portable chroma analyzer was developped .STM32F107 ST-Microelectron-ics chip-based control chip was used ,and the acquisition module used TCS 3200D sensor, without adding A/D acquisition module, and the closed-loop feedback control was joined in the acquisition step , thus improving the resolution of the system identification and simplifying the hardware circuit , and the algorithm can reduce the measurement error .Human-computer interaction is more convenient adding LCD display module , so as to facilitating data because of USB functionality .Software architecture was based onμC /OS-II operating system , making the system more secure .Tests show that the instrument has stable operation , thus providing a portable solution for high-resolution of analysis detection for industrial site .
