摘要 重点分析了原子惯性仪表加热磁屏蔽系统的传热过程,分别建立了加热磁屏蔽系统初步设计的试验和系统三维模型,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对其进行了稳态的热特性分析。结果表明试验模型仿真结果与测试得到的结果相符合,验证了热仿真的可靠性。而系统模型仿真结果表明水冷表面温度受水冷载体材料特性的影响较大,其关系曲线可为下一步水冷结构设计及材料的选择提供参考,并通过仿真得到了系统各层筒的导热性能,为结构的改进设计提供了参考依据。 Focused on the analysis of the atomic inertial instrument heating magnetic shielding system's heat transfer process,the test and the system's 3D model based on the preliminary designed were established,and the steady-state thermal property of system by taking the advantage of Finite Element Method( FEM) software ANSYS Workbench was analyzed. Compared with the experiment data,the simulation results show its high consistency,verifying the reliability of the thermal simulation. Finally,based on the preliminary designed system's thermal simulation analysis,the thermal conductivity property of each cylinder in system was obtained,and it discussed how temperature distribution of the entire system varied with water- cooled carrier material emissivity. The conclusion provides the basis for structure improvement.
