摘要
针对反渗透阻垢剂动态评定系统价格昂贵、评定耗时长的缺点,根据反渗透阻垢剂性能评定试验导则,设计了反渗透阻垢剂快速评定仪。介绍了该评定仪基于pH评定反渗透阻垢剂性能的工作原理,以STM32F103微处理器为核心的主控电路,智能加药排水电路,温度、pH实时监测电路,恒温加热控制电路及其他外围通信电路。为提高系统可靠性和满足实时性及多任务调度,该评定仪移植了u COS-Ⅱ操作系统。实验证明:该评定仪精度高、稳定性好、响应速度快、重复性好。
In order to overcome the disadvantages of the dynamic evaluation system of reverse osmosis scale inhibitors,such as expensive and time-comsuming,a scheme to evaluate the performance of the scale inhibitor rapidly on the basis of the p H value was described in this paper and the core of main control circuits with STM32F103 microprocessor,smart dosing and drainage circuit,temperature and p H value real-time monitoring circuit,and constant temperature heating control circuit were introduced. To improve the systematic reliability and satisfy the real-time and multi-task scheduling,the u COS- II operating system was transplanted. It was verified experimentally that the device has the advantages of high precision,good stability,fast response and good reproducibility.
