摘要
屠呦呦获奖实至名归,其成长符合诺贝尔生理学或医学奖获得者成功的一般规律。所以引起极大争议,主要由于人们对其获奖的特殊时代、特殊需要、特别模式、特别时机、特别关注、特别推荐、特别学科和特殊角色等特殊性的关注。其特殊性不可复制,但可给我国科技的一般性管理提供启示:管理是最薄弱环节、评价是最关键环节、转化是最困难环节、人才是最重要环节、监督是最缺乏环节、质量是最需要环节。
Tu Youyou has won the 2015 Nobel Prize in medicine. The prize is well-deserved. Her growth conforms to the universal law of people who have won the Nobel Prizes in physiology or medicine. The award has caused great controversy as its particularity is beyond its universality. The particularity includes special time,special need, special mode, special occasion, special concern, special recommendation, special subject and special roles which could not be duplicated. However, some advices in making science and technology policy could be gained from it: the management, the evaluation, the transformation, the talents, the supervision and the quality are the most important factors.
