The economic law＇s emergence and development in United States, not only most typically reflect the general rule of the modern state＇s economic regulation functions and the evolution of economic law, but also most powerfully test and prove the rationality of ＂ State Regulation Theory＂ The first and the most important manifestation of US national economic regulation functions and economic law is the legislation and the implementation of US antitrust laws. It embodies the modern state economic functions and Economic Law＇s originator. Its legislation and implementation experience impact on many countries greatly. These factors determine the significance of the study on US antitrust law. Dr. LI Sheng-li＇s monograph made important contributions for it, but it also need more academic colleagues to continue their efforts.
