摘要
阐述了电磁屏蔽织物作用机理,对金属纤维混纺方式、金属涂层方式、真空镀方式等几种金属化方式作了概括总结,并对金属涂层织物、真空镀织物、化学镀织物、电镀织物等几种常见金属化织物的电磁屏蔽性能进行归纳,介绍了织物经金属化之后包括手感、耐摩擦性、透气性等在内的性能变化情况;概括了每种电磁屏蔽织物的应用领域和方向,并罗列出在金属化织物研究方面比较突出的一些案例;最后探讨了电磁屏蔽织物存在的问题和发展前景。
The paper expounded the mechanism of action for electromagnetic shielding fabrics,and summarized each mode of the metallization include metal fiber blended,metal coating,vacuum plating.Metal coating fabrics,vacuum plating fabrics,electroless plating fabrics were summarized as well. The paper also introduced the feel, wear resistance and air permeability of fabrics＇ properties after metallization. Then the application field and direction of each electromagnetic shielding fabric were summarized,and listed the study cases of prominent metallized fabrics. Finally,the problems and prospects for the development of electromagnetic shielding fabrics were given.
