摘要
中国农产品质量管控体系已基本建立,操作层面的制度也正在探索实施,但并未取得预期良好效果,质量安全事件仍频发。本文通过对国内外农产品质量安全管控理念、体系与制度的比较,指出了中国当前农产品质量安全管控体系存在的不足,进而提出今后完善农产品质量安全管控体系所要考虑的要点及有效实施微观制度应把握的重点。
China' s agricultural products quality regulatory system has been established. The system of the operational level is also being explored to implement, but did not achieve good effect. The quality safety incidents occur frequently. Firstly this article compares the quality safety control idea and system of agri- cultural product at home and abroad, then it points out the shortcomings existing at presents, lastly it puts forward the key points of improving the quality safety of agricultural product, and the effective implementation of the micro system to be grasped.
