摘要 人们进入信息时代,同时在传统的现实空间和虚拟的数字空间里生存,享受两种空间带来的权利和便利的同时,也需要受到两种空间的道德规范和行为准则的制约。身为信息时代的数字公民,人们有一套在数字空间里需要遵循的道德规范和行为准则。该文分析、梳理了有关数字公民的研究与实践,阐述了数字公民教育的标准、要素及其分类,并从数字公民教育的视角对当前我国教育领域综合改革及教育信息化发展中所面临的热点和焦点问题,如教育公平、教育国际化、大数据分析、新兴教学方式等进行了解析,以期对我国的教育领域综合改革、教育信息化创新和数字公民教育发展有所启发。 As so-called digital citizens in the information age, there is a set of ethics and conduct rules and regulations to follow in the digital space. This study provides an overview of issues and trends in digital citizenship, including definitions, standards, elements and classification, and implementations. Then, it analyzes the impacts of digital citizenship on educational equity, internationalization of education, big data analytics, and teaching and learning with digital technologies. The study concludes with a discussion of the implications of the development of digital citizenship for the comprehensive educational reform and education informatization in China.
