“互联网+”教学点:新城镇化进程中的义务教育均衡发展实践 被引量:85

摘要 在新城镇化的进程中,县城学校人数剧增,学校压力不断增大,农村学校尤其是教学点开不齐课、开不好课等问题仍然非常严重,成为制约我国义务教育均衡发展的关键。该文以此为背景,阐述了作者与研究团队在湖北省咸安区、恩施州等多个地区展开的以"‘互联网+’教学点"为主题的实践探索与案例成果,包括双轨数字学校建设、教学模式创新、城乡牵手与家校共建以及全媒体适切性资源建设等,并形成了"一体双核四驱"的"咸安模式""三式"破"三难"的恩施模式等具有区域教育特色的教育发展模式,有效促进了区域义务教育的高位均衡发展。同时,该文也总结出了实践过程中发现的问题,包括教师的专业发展亟待与时俱进;教育管理者的理念有待更新,领导力有待提升;保障机制亟待构建和完善等。最后从"两化一体"协同推进与UGBS协同协作两个方面进行了总结与展望。 In the process of new urbanization, schools in the country is swelling, their pressure is increasing, whereas the phenomenon of carrying out sufficient and good courses in rural schools especially those rural small-schools is steal series, which becomes the key to balanced development of compulsory education in our country. Based on the background, this article expounds the exploration and achievement with the theme of internet plus rural small-schools in Xian'an, Enshi and other places in Hubei province, including the building of Dual-track digital school, the innovation of teaching model, hand in hand between urban and rural areas and the co- building of family and school, and the building of the pertinent resources with omnimedia, which formed the "Xian'an Model" of "one noumenon, dual-core, and four drive", the "Enshi Model" of "three modes" to solve "three problems", and other educational development models with local characteristics, promotes the high-level balanced development of regional compulsory education. At the same time, we also summarizes the problems we have found in practice ,like teachers professional development needs to be kept pace with the times, the concepts of education administrators need to be updated and their leadership skills need to be promoted, safeguard mechanism need to be constructed and completed. In the end, the author makes an summarization an expectation from two aspects: integrate informatization and urbanization and make them develop together, use the Multi-party collaborative mode of "UGBS".
