摘要
绿色建筑材料往往会产生一定的增量成本,影响其在节能建筑市场的应用。针对玻化微珠保温混凝土和普通混凝土,以某绿色示范工程为例,运用Dest-h能耗分析软件,测算建筑能耗成本及由此引起的环境成本,并结合建筑产品购买成本,揭示选用玻化微珠保温混凝土的建筑在寿命周期成本方面的优越性,为绿色建筑材料推广提供参考。
Green building materials tend to cause certain incremental cost,which affects its application in energysaving construction market. Taking a green demonstration project as an example,on the basis of consumers' cost,for vitrified beads insulation concrete and normal concrete,the paper measures the building energy consumption cost and the resulted environmental costs with the Dest-h energy consumption analysis software. Then combines with the construction products one-time pay cost,reveals the superiority of choosing vitrified beads insulation of concrete construction in the view of life-cycle cost,provides reference for application of green building materials.
