验房师职业标准研制与职业能力评价

Inspector Occupational Standards Development and Evaluation of Professional Competence

验房师是我国一个非常年轻的职业,其发展急需职业标准及其职业能力评价。为此,提出研制验房师职业标准的原则和程序,从四个方面设计验房师职业标准的结构和内容,相应地给出助理验房师、验房师和高级验房师的职业标准,同时从专业学历、职业经历和专业能力三个方面给出验房师职业能力评价方法。

Inspector is a very young career,its development need professional standards and professional competence evaluation urgently. This paper presents the development of inspector professional standards of principles and procedures,designs the home inspector professional standards of the structure and content from four aspects,gives the assistant inspector,inspector and senior inspector of professional standards correspondingly,but also gives inspector professional competence evaluation methods from the professional qualifications,professional experience and expertise three aspects.
