含铜金矿生物浸出渣铜品位对氰化提金的影响 被引量:9

Effect of Copper Grade in Bioleaching Residues of Low Grade Gold-copper Ores on Gold Cyaniding Extraction

摘要 对紫金山低品位含铜金矿进行生物浸出—介质转换—氰化提金摇瓶试验,考察不同生物浸出周期铜的浸出率以及生物浸出渣中铜的品位对后续氰化提金的影响。结果表明,生物浸出12d,含铜金矿中73%的铜溶出,浸出渣铜品位降至0.096%。生物浸出渣铜品位对氰化浸出有显著影响,随着铜品位的升高,氰化钠耗量、氰化过程铜的浸出率以及贵液铜浓度均升高。为降低铜对氰化提金的影响,生物浸出渣中铜的品位应降至0.1%以下。 Shake flask experiments of low grade gold-copper ores from Zijinshan by bio-heap leaching,media conversion,gold cyaniding extraction were carried out.Copper extraction with different bioleaching duration and influence of copper grade in residue on gold cyaniding were investigated.The results show that 73% of copper is extracted after 12 days bioleaching and copper grade in residue declines to 0.096%.Copper grade exerts significant impact on gold cyanidation.Dosage of sodium cyanide,copper extraction and copper concentration in cyaniding rise with increase of copper grade in bioleaching residues.Copper grade in bioleaching residue should be reduced to 0.1% below in order to reduce impact of copper on cyanide and ensure recovery of copper and gold.
