摘要
某冶炼厂60kt/a铅富氧底吹炉熔炼的烟气制酸采用动力波洗涤—气体冷却塔—两级电除雾器绝热蒸发净化、3+2两转两吸工艺流程。介绍了该套装置的设计特点,并对该制酸装置的扩产潜力进行了分析。
The processes,including dynamic wave washing,gas cooling tower,two-stage electric demister adiabatic evaporation and purification,and 3+2double conversion and absorption,were applied for acidmaking from off-gas of 60 kt/a oxygen-enriched bottom blowing lead smelting furnace.Design characteristics of this equipment set were introduced.Capacity expansion potential of the processes was analyzed.
