摘要
进入21世纪以来,综合素质评价成为我国基础教育领域备受关注的核心语词与焦点论域。经过多年的探索与实践,在综合素质评价诸多方面取得了广泛的共识。但在一些关键性问题上尚存模糊认识,有待作进一步的梳理与澄清。具体而言,在综合素质评价实施过程中,要妥善处理好"学术能力"与"非学术能力"的关系、全面性评价与个性化评价的关系、定性评价与定量评价的关系、"注重过程的评价"与"注重结果的评价"的关系。唯有如此,高中学生综合素质评价实践才能走出诘难与困境,从而促进学生全面而富有个性的发展。
Since the beginning of the 21st Century, the evaluation of comprehensive qualities of students has drawn the attention of people and become a heated discussion in the basic education domain. Due to the continuous exploration in practice, a broad consensus has been reached in many aspects. However, ambiguous understandings remain in the implementation of assessing comprehensive qualities. Specifically, the interrelationships need to be addressed during the process of assessment in the following four aspects; interrelationship between students' academic and nonacademic skills, interrelationship between general evaluation and individualized evaluation of students, interrelationship between qualitative evaluation and quantitative evaluation, and interrelationship between process-based and result based evaluation. We should be able to resolve the dilemma and lead out of the difficulties after clarifying on the above so that the goal of promoting students' comprehensive and individualized development could be accomplished.
