摘要
以蓖麻油、苯基酰氯、二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯和苯基二氯化膦为原料,合成了含磷蓖麻油基聚氨酯(PUR),将其与聚乳酸(PLA)采用熔融共混的方法在密炼机上制备了PLA/PUR共混物。采用万能试验机、动态热力学分析仪和扫描电子显微镜分析了蓖麻油基PUR含量不同时共混物的拉伸性能、动态热力学性能和冲击断面形态结构。结果表明,当PUR含量为20%时,共混物的冲击强度达到5.25 k J/m^2,与纯PLA相比提高了2.3倍;随着PUR含量的增加,PLA的结晶性能下降。
The phosphine-containing castor oil based polyurethane was synthesized using castor oil,benzoyl chloride,dichlorophenylphosphine and diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate as starting materials,and polylactic acid/polyurethane blends were prepared by melt-blending on a internal mixer. The mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties and microstructure of the blends with different polyurethane contents were investigated via universal test machine,dynamic mechanical analyzer and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that the impact strength of polylactic acid/polyurethane blend with 20% polyurethane was up to 5.25 k J/m^2 and increased by 2.3 times as compared with the pure polylactic acid,and the crystallizability of polylactic acid was found to decrease with the increasing of polyurethane content.
