摘要
受技能危机影响,社区学院校企协作风潮遍及全美。以校企协作项目"从学院到职场"为引领,芝加哥城市学院群的"应用技术强化"改革方兴未艾。自2011年以来,针对七大行业领域,七所城市学院逐一对应地建立起技能人才培养项目集群。对其成功经验的梳理和总结对我国现代高等职业教育体系建设颇有启示与借鉴意义。
In the age of skills crisis, community college-industry partnerships extends all over the United States. Through the ＂College to Careers＂ program, Chicago city colleges began its ＂strengthening skills-based education＂ reform. From the year 2011, the seven city colleges buih programs in seven industrial sectors. The analysis of city colleges＇ successful experiences is inspirational to our country＇s modern career and technical education system.
