摘要
为提高作物种植前期作业的效率,设计一种与中型四轮拖拉机配套使用的1GZN—130V1型旋耕起垄机,本文介绍1GZN—130V1型旋耕起垄机的主要参数、工作原理、关键工作部件以及整机的技术特点,并对关键部件旋耕起垄刀进行分析研究,利用SolidWorks工程设计软件对旋耕刀进行三维建模,并用有限元分析插件COSMOS对其进行有限元分析,优化旋耕刀的结构。该机型能够直接完成旋耕和起垄两步作业,可有效提高作业效率,提高农民种植的经济效益。
In order to improve the efficiency of prophase operations of crop planting,the 1GZN—130V1rotary cultivation ridger driven by the medium-sized tractor was designed.This article introduced main parameters,working principle,key working parts and technical characteristics of the machine.As the critical component,the rotary tillage blade was analyzed and researched in method of finiteelement analysis.3D(3-dimensional)modeling of the rotary tillage blade was designed by using the SolidWorks software.So that finite-element analysis was carried out by making use of the COSMOS sub-function.Thus in this way,the structure of the rotary tillage blade was optimized.The rotary cultivation ridger could directly complete the two steps operations of rotary tillage and ridging,which improves the operating efficiency and the economic benefits for farmers.
