摘要
花生收获机摘果过程是一非线性动态冲击的复杂物理过程,在洞察和分析该过程接触位移、冲击作用力等局部物理现象方面还缺乏有效研究方法。本文提出采用有限元仿真技术研究花生收获机摘果过程,应用高性能有限元计算软件ABAQUS对花生收获机摘果过程进行了有限元建模和仿真分析,得出了花生荚果与辊筒叶片发生正面碰撞冲击后花生果与柄接合处的冲击力响应特性,并通过与已有研究结果对比分析,验证了此仿真分析的合理性,为进行花生收获机摘果系统的结构设计和参数优化提供了理论依据和技术支持。
Nut picking during peanut harvest is a very complex process,which has typical nonlinear and dynamic impact characteristic.At present,there are no effective research methods to observe and analyze the partial physical phenomenon during nut picking process,such as the displacement and the acting forces.The finite element modeling and simulation analysis of nut picking process were firstly presented and then conducted using the ABAQUS/Explicit procedure.The impact force characteristic at the root-nut node was obtained when the roller blade ran into the peanut directly.Through the comparison analysis with the existing research results,the rationality of the finite element simulation result was verified,which indicates that the key technologies presented are practicable and can be used to simulate the complex process of nut picking.This work provides theoretical basis and technical support for the architectural design and parameter optimization of the nut picking system.
