摘要 播种过程中覆土质量对于种子的播深、株距、覆土量和播种均匀性都有着非常重要的影响,覆土的效果将直接影响作物的出苗和生长,甚至影响作物的产量。为使覆土器能够较好地完成覆土作业,达到理想的覆土效果,同时尽量减少种子触土后的位移,本文利用Solidworks三维设计软件对双圆盘式覆土器进行了优化设计,建立了覆土器的三维模型,并用亚克力板制作覆土盘,进行土槽试验,得出优化后的模型对种子位移影响较小,对于精密播种技术的进一步发展具有重要意义。 The quality of soil covering has very important influence to the sowing depth,planting distance and seeding uniformity during the process of sowing.Besides,it will directly affect the emergence and growth of crops,and even affect the output of crops.In order to make the covering device finish its work favorably and achieve an ideal covering effect with minimum seeds displacement after soil touching,the Solidworks 3D design software was used to optimize the design of double-disc type covering device,and a 3D model was established and the covering device was made.Through experiment in a soil box,the optimized covering device was proved to have little influence on the displacement of seeds,which is of great significance for the further development of precision seeding technology.
