摘要
针对常温烟雾机在温室大棚内作业时出现喷射射程有限、整棚雾化均匀性差的现象,研制一种导风管式烟雾机。首先介绍该机的基本结构和工作原理;其次对可移动升降台、薄膜导风管及轴流风机等关键部件进行设计和参数确定;最后与常温烟雾机进行田间施药性能对比试验。试验结果表明,导风管式烟雾机的药雾质量密度随大棚长度方向的变化很小,药雾扩散性好,相对较均匀,比常温烟雾机的作业效果好。
A fogger with a film duct was developed because of the limited working coverage range and the dissatisfied atomization effect of cold foggers.Firstly,the structure and working principle of the machinery were introduced.Secondly,the key components such as the movable lift platform,the film duct and the axial fan were designed,and the parameters of them were calculated also.Finally the spraying performance experiment was tested between foggers with a film duct and cold foggers in greenhouse.The test results show that the spraying mass density variation with increasing length of greenhouses by foggers with a film duct is very small.The drug fog of foggers with a film duct spreads more evenly and the operation effect is better compared with cold foggers.
