摘要
为利用温差发电装置对液化天然气冷能和汽车废气余热进行回收利用,建立热电器件的三维模型。在保持热端温度不变的情况下,用ANSYS分别对以LNG和发动机冷却水为冷源的热电器件的热应力和温差电动势进行仿真,得到热电器件上的热应力分布情况。仿真结果表明冷端温度越低,则最大拉应力越大,且温差电动势越大。
In order to recover the LNG cold energy and automobile exhaust gas heat with the thermoelectric generator,a three-dimensional model of thermoelectric device was established.When the hot end temperature kept constant,using the LNG and the engine cooling water as the cold source respectively,the thermal stress and the electromotive force were simulated with ANSYS,and the thermal stress distribution of the thermoelectric device was obtained.Both the maximum tensile stress and the electromotive force increase with the decrease of the cold end temperature.
