摘要
烟叶烘烤是一个包含着生理变化与化学反应的复杂过程,安全可靠且操作方便的烤烟自动控制系统显得尤为重要。本文提出基于MCGS组态软件和PLC的烤烟控制系统的设计方案,采用温、湿度传感器对烘烤房中的温、湿度数据进行采集,经变送转换为标准电流信号后经由模拟量输入模块EM235送入PLC模块,PLC按预先存储的烤烟三段式烘烤技术工艺曲线进行分析处理,再发出相应的指令驱动执行设备调节烘烤房中的环境参数,实现烤烟的智能控制。同时采用MCGS触摸屏与PLC进行通讯,实时监测烤房内温、湿度的变化,并及时对整个烤烟过程进行监视和调控,从而实现控制系统操作的人性化和过程可视化。该研究为烤烟的智能化控制提供了设计基础。
Tobacco baking is a complicated flue-curing process that contains physiological changes and chemical reactions.Automatic control system included the advantages of safe,reliable and convenient operation is important for tobacco baking.The design of tobacco baking control system was researched based on MCGS configuration software and PLC,and the temperature and humidity of the tobacco baking barn measured by temperature sensor and humidity sensor will convert to a standard current signal by transmitter,which was put into the PLC module by the analog input module EM235.The data was analyzed and processed based on three-step curing technology curve prestored in PLC.The environment parameters of the tobacco baking barn was adjusted via device driven by appropriate instruction,which can realize intelligent control of tobacco curing.The changes of temperature and humidity in the tobacco baking barn was monitored timely by MCGS touch screen communicating with PLC,which will timely monitor and control the whole process of tobacco curing.The research will realize the visualization and humanity of operation process of the control system and will provide the design basis for the intelligent control of tobacco baking.
