聚醚型有机硅聚氨酯柔软剂的合成与应用 被引量:25

摘要 采用氨基聚醚有机硅油对聚氨酯进行改性,研制出一种新型有机硅柔软剂;优化了其合成工艺,并与市售柔软剂进行对比。结果表明,合成的聚醚型有机硅聚氨酯较佳相对分子质量为10 000,其各项性能均能达到并优于市售柔软剂。经其整理后的织物手感、柔软性、抗皱性和白度明显提高,亲水性略有下降。 A new silicone softening agent is developed by modifying polyurethane with amino polyether organic silicone oil. The synthesis process is optimized, and the product is compared with commercial softening agents. The results show that polyether silicone polyurethane with a molecular weight of 10 000, has the equivalent or better performance than that of commercial softening agents. The handle, softness, wrinkle resistance and whiteness of fabric treated with the new silicone softening agent are improved, and the hydrophilic property is decreased slightly.
