摘要
以丙烯酸甲酯、二乙烯三胺为原料,甲醇为溶剂,合成了一种水溶性端氨基超支化聚合物HBP—NH:;以二甲胺、环氧氯丙烷、三乙烯四胺为原料,合成了一种阳离子改性剂;用阳离子改性剂对超支化聚合物进行接枝改性,并应用于棉针织物的阳离子化改性。结果表明,棉针织物的较佳改性工艺为:阳离子改性剂和HBP—NHz的质量比为10:1,改性超支化聚合物10g/L,改性pH值10~11,室温改性60min。改性后的棉针织物用荧光涂料染色,其摩擦牢度、水洗牢度可得到改善,且织物抗紫外效果明显提高。
Hyperbranched polymer HBP-NH2 is synthesized with diethylenetriamine and methyl acrylate as raw materials and methanol as a solvent. A cationic modifier is synthesized with dimethylamine, epi- chlorohydrin and triethylenetetramine as raw materials. Then the HBP-NH2 is modified with the cationic modifier and applied to the modification of cotton knitted fabric. The results show that the optimal modi- fication process is: the ratio of cationic modifier to HBP-NH2 10: 1, 10 g/L of the modified hyperbranched polymer, pH value 10-11, modifying at room temperature for 60 rain. The modified cotton knitted fabric can obtain improved color fastnesses to rubbing and soaping and enhanced anti-UV effect after dyed with fluorescent pigment.
