摘要
采用有机氟系和有机硅系拒水整理剂对汽车内饰用涤纶织物进行整理,探讨拒水整理剂和焙烘条件对织物拒水性能及雾化度的影响。车用涤纶织物优化拒水整理工艺为:拒水剂J35g,L,150℃焙烘60s。整理后,织物拒水效果达到4~5级,雾化度为0.06mg。
The hydrophobic finish of automotive interior polyester fabrics is carried out with organic fluo- rine-based and silicone-based water repellent agent. The influence of water repellent agent and curing conditions on the hydrophobic and fogging performances of polyester fabric is studied. The optimized hydrophobic finishing process is: water repellent agent J3 5 g/L, curing at 150 ℃for 60 s. The automo- tive interior fabric features Grade 4 ~ 5 of water repellency rate and 0.06 mg of fogging degree.
