摘要 基于侧面柱碰撞的理论,对比分析了微型客车与轿车的质心、结构及总布置对能量传递和车体结构耐撞性的影响,指出了微型客车结构的改进方向,并据此进行了微型客车侧面柱碰撞仿真分析和结构优化。研究结果显示,优化后微型客车耐撞性能得到显著提升,证明所提出的微型客车侧面柱撞优化方法是可行的。 Based on the mechanism of side pole impact, the influences of energy transmission and crashworthiness among minivan and sedan's center of gravity, structure and packaging was compared and analyzed herein. The improvement direction of minivan structure was put forward by the analyses. The simulation of minivan side pole impact and structural optimization was carried out. The results show that crashworthiness performance of minivan is improved significantly, which proves that the optimization methods of minivan side pole impact are feasible.
