摘要
2014年9月,《英国国家课程战略》正式在全国范围内推广,经过一年的实践初现成效,并在国际基础教育领域引发了讨论和关注。本文通过对其进行解读,透析到该课程战略投射出诸多的SMART,如课程设计的理念注重了系统性(Systematic),课程结构框架的建构上基于学生认知发展的规律体现了多层次性(Multi-stratificational),课程总体目标制定上从务实的层面指向了可实现性(Attainable),具体学科的课程目标设置在继续强调学生成长过程的基础上显示出一定的结果导向(Result-based),课程实施上基于效率的考量体现出较强的时间性(Timeliness)。
In September 2014, the National Curriculum in England was implemented. Through analyzing it, this paper finds a lot "SMART" in this new curriculum framework. The design concept of it focuses on "Systematic". The structural content appears well "Multi-stratificational". The general object of the national curriculum is drawn up to be "Attainable". The setting of specific subject curriculum goals is "Result-based". The curriculum implementation reflects clear "Timeliness".
