摘要
结合某大型商业综合体工程的地质条件,采用高强度预应力混凝土管桩(PHC桩)进行了桩基设计,通过单桩竖向抗拔静载荷试验及低应变动力检测,分析了PHC桩作为抗拔桩时存在的问题与原因,并提出了施工中应注意的事项,为类似工程施工提供参考。
Combining with geological conditions of the large-scale commercial building engineering,the paper carries out pile foundation design by applying high-strength prestressed concrete pipe pile( PHC pile). Through single-pile vertical anti-pulling static load test and low stress detection,it analyzes problems existing causes in PHC pile as anti-pulling pile,points out matters needing attention in construction,which has provided some guidance for similar engineering construction.
