基于“反规划”理论的排水规划研究

A study of urban drainage planning based on “anti-panning”theory

从目的、途径、次序、内容、功能、形式以及工作程序等方面,构建了基于"反规划"的排水规划理论,并结合山东省齐河县开发区排水规划工程,系统地介绍了排水规划的"反规划"途径,指出排除雨水的途径并不仅仅只有管网,可以是多样的,应对城市内涝并不只是被动的,可以是主动的、自然的。

This paper constructs the urban drainage planning based on＂anti-planning＂theory from the purpose,way,order,content,function,form and work procedure,and combining with drainage planning project in Qihe development district of Shandong province,this paper introduces the way of＂anti-planning＂drainage system,points out that the way to exclude rainwater is diverse,the way to deal with urban waterlogging can be active and natural.
