This paper briefly described the composition and function of PPP non-operating items,combining with the present situation of supervision enterprises,analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by supervision enterprises under PPP project mode,from adjusting organization strategy,enhancement specialization level,expand development space and other aspects,elaborated the development measures of supervision enterprise under PPP mode,so as to realize the economic goals of enterprises.
