对晋中市地表水工程开发利用的研究

结合晋中市地表水开发利用的现状,分析了地表水开发利用中存在的问题及产生的原因,从加强灌区配套更新建设、深化水管企业体制改革、建设小型供水工程等方面,提出了相应的解决措施,使地表水资源得到充分利用。

Combining with Jinzhong surface water exploitation and utilization situation,analyzed the existing problems and that causes in surface water development and utilization,from strengthening the irrigation mating update and construction,deepen pipe enterprise system reform,construction of small water supply engineering and other aspects,put forward corresponding solutions,made full use of surface water resources.
