摘要
结合多年工作经验,从建设项目的前期准备、投资决策、设计、建设及竣工结算五个阶段,论述了建筑工程业主方在项目建设过程中的投资控制措施,有利于提高建设项目业主方的投资控制水平,实现社会经济效益的最大化。
Combining with many years' working experience,starting from five stages of construction project preliminary preparation,investment decision,design,construction and completion settlement,the paper discusses construction engineering project owner's investment control measures in project construction process,which will be some help for improving project owner's investment control level and to realize maximum social and economic benefits.
