简述了政府投资项目施工合同管理的两个主要阶段,分析了合同管理中工程造价控制存在的主要问题,从制定统一的合同文本、采用单价合同、加强合同管理等方面,提出了相应的解决措施,以有效控制政府投资项目的工程造价。
The paper indicates the two phases of the construction contract management of the government-invested programs,analyzes the main problems in engineering cost control in the contract management,and points out respective solutions from the formulation of unified contract scripts,unit price contract,and improvement of the contract management,so as to have the effective control over the engineering cost for the government-invested programs.
