介绍了招标控制价的含义,分析了招标控制价编制过程中存在的问题,阐述了招标控制价编制质量对招投标的影响,提出了提高招标控制价编制质量的途径,有利于充分发挥招标控制价在工程招投标中的积极作用。
The paper introduces the definition of the bidding controlled price,analyzes some problems in its compilation,indicates the influence of the price compilation quality on the bidding,and puts forward the channels to improve the price compilation quality,so as to exert the positive of the price in engineering bidding.
