摘要 自1978年英国第一个试管婴儿诞生起,目前全球已有近500万的辅助生殖技术儿出生,而在发达国家如美国进行辅助生殖技术的概率达到了2 361/1 000 000[1]。辅助生殖技术（assisted reproductive technology,ART）是指采用医疗辅助手段使不孕夫妇妊娠的技术,包括宫内受精、体外受精-胚胎移植（in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer,IVF-ET）及在IVF基础上衍生的胚胎冻融技术（cryopreserved embryo）、胞浆内单精子注射（intracytoplasmatic sperm injection,ICSI）等各种先进技术。
