从足球改革看体育发展

On Sport Development from Football Reform

为了响应国家对足球改革的政策,本文通过中国知网等学术网站,运用文献法查阅大量有关市场化、体育改革的利弊等文献,运用逻辑分析法对文献进行分析和整理,对国家颁布的《中国足球改革发展总体方案》进行解读,通过对足球方案的研究,延伸到体育改革的趋势,并总结出国家实行这个方案的优势。研究认为:政府、市场、群体三者间的关系呈现良性循环发展,才能为我国体育事业的发挥提供新的契机。

In response to the country＇s reform policy on football,the paper uses literature method to check the literatures about marketization and the pros and cons of sports reform in CNKI and other academic websites,and then uses logical analysis to systemize and analyze these literatures with the intention to interpret the ＂ Overall Plan for the Reform and Development of Chinese Football＂. Through studying the plan,the paper extends to sport reform trends and summarizes the advantages of the plan. Studies suggest that： only when the relationship among government,market and group presents a virtuous cycle of development,can it provide new opportunities for the development of sports undertakings in China.
