摘要 青少年体质健康是民族传续和民族复兴的基础。主要采用文献资料法、实践调研等研究方法,对青少年体质健康和中学体育课程改革现状进行研究。研究表明:学校体育课程理论改革超越于体育教学实践,体育教师在教学实践中处于困惑与迷茫的状态,体育课堂教学背离教育,体育成为一种流于形式的教育。青少年体质健康水平的提升成为一种复杂的社会问题。学校体育的发展需要调整战略,需要形成重视体育教育的社会主流文化,提高体育课在学校教育中的地位。以高度的民族责任感进行体育课程改革,推行体育专项课是提升青少年体质健康水平的有效举措。 Adolescent physical health is the foundation of national continuation and rejuvenation. The paper mainly adopts methods of literature and practical survey to study adolescent physical health and current reform situation of middle school P. E. curriculum. The study shows that the theoretical reform of school P. E. curriculum is beyond P. E. teaching practice; P. E. teachers are in confusion and bewilderment in teaching practice; P. E.teaching in class deviates from education and has become a mere formality. Ascension of adolescent physical health level has become a complex social problem. The development of school sports needs to adjust the strategy,form social mainstream culture that emphasizes physical education to improve the status of P. E. class in school education. Carrying forward P. E. curriculum reform with higher national sense of responsibility and implementing sports special courses are effective measures to enhance the level of adolescent physical health.
